I'm forever grateful to DAVID TOBIN.
He is simply a brilliant, no-nonsense Family and Divorce Lawyer. I am a woman and can attest to you that he looked after my interests as his client and guided me with tremendous patience. I am far from feeling cheated; good outcomes take time and work. You get what you pay for. I recommend Tobin. I can never thank him enough. He works with an incredible team at Frenkel Tobin LLP. He is worth every penny!

I had the worse experience with DAVID TOBIN. In the initial telephone call, he struck me as very reasonable. He seemed to know exactly what to say to LURE ME IN. Then after I retained him, he begun recommending a series of actions that ultimately resulted in huge fees and greater conflict with my ex. In the end, I ended up with a very poor result PLUS unreasonable and unnecessary legal fees PLUS more conflict with my ex which now affects my kids. Lawyers like DAVID TOBIN should NOT be practicing family law.

David won a trial for me in the face of adversity and a horribly unethical other lawyer. I cannot recommend highly enough if want someone who will listen to you and fight for your rights.

STAY AWAY or get sucked into a vortex of high conflict litigation with your ex-husband. This lawyer is all about sucking his female clients dry by convincing them to fight at all costs. Then he will grab most of any money that he can suck out of your husband and then leave you in the dirt with a horrible future relationship with your ex-husband. As a victim of David Tobin, I strongly encourage you to look for a collaborative lawyer whose focus is on solving your divorce in a way that preserves your future relationship with your ex and keeps your costs down. I hope that the Law Society catches lawyers like David Tobin and protects society from such predators.

Do NOT waste your time or money with David. He is very irresponsible and lacks professionalism. He does the least amount of work and does not take the time to explain things or move your case forward. He does not give sound advice and is overall a horrible lawyer. I regret choosing him as counsel for my file and have had to pay for his lack of work.

David was really kind and knowledgeable. I came to him after my 1st lawyer basically did nothing for me except send me bills!!!! Not only did David settle my case for me he made it so I got to keep my house for me and my kids!(my ex was fighting that) He is funny, calm and very knowledgeable. I certainly recommend him. His fees were very reasonable and he didn't like to waste time or money.
