I was Billed $32,000 for a claim of $14,000. Does the even make sense. He should have been honest with me from the get go but he saw the opportunity to make money off me. I would have been better off taking the original offer in the dispute of $10,000 and he should have advised me of this. At least i would have i would have been ahead than $18,000 in the hole.

If you are patient and full of budget $$ you can maybe get something done. I felt like this was 2 different type of understanding, unable to understand this person. He also will charge you for his time to correct HIS mistakes. I lost my time and money, over $2k for 2 letters.
