Didn’t know what terms meant on a mortgage contract. Gave a quote beforehand but charged double afterwards. Didn’t send forms or documents in without a reminder. Office was closed when we had a scheduled appointment. No phone call or explanation. Unreliable, undependable. Don’t waste your money.
