Steer far away from this individual. She lies in court and will do ANYTHING to win a case. Use your imagination here…. How she has not been disbarred for perjury, I have no idea. She goes out of her way to represent abusive individuals and continues the abuse from the law aspect. She sucks up to judges while she blatantly lies to them to their face. She does not keep her word on anything. Sh will do and say whatever she can to get her way like a spoiled child. She has “special prices” for her favourite clients and when she submits her costs in court, she over- inflates them. She will do ANYTHING to destroy lives and she LOVES IT! She is an evil individual and would not recommend her.

Susan is tenacious, thorough and dedicated. She made a difficult divorce far easier than I imagined and she fought for my rights. The process of wills, living wills and power of attorneys was comprehensible due to her knowledge. She asked questions to make sure that all our needs are covered. I would recommend her to anyone and have sent family members to her. They experienced the same satisfaction.

Not my lawyer but my ex’s. Our divorce is taking forever and getting nasty because she rarely responds to him and almost never responds to my lawyer. It’s going on 3 years with no end in sight as she refuses to cooperate. We tried mediation and i have never been more upset. Even my lawyer had no idea what was going on. She was rude and aggressive to both me and my lawyer and never answered a single question nor provided any information in the whole 2 hour appointment. Disgraceful behaviour on her part to the point I actually feel badly for my ex.

Susan is rude, pushy, combative and aggressive. She made the process way more difficult than necessary. She personally attacks individuals and makes inaccurate claims. Do not hire this lawyer

I hired this woman because she had so many years worth of experience only to take my money and hand me over to an associate that only has four years of experience. Needless to say lost the case. Plus $10,000 in debt to the other party because of the shotty work that was done by this woman and her associates.

Hi, I contacted Galarneau & Associates for a mortgage and title change. The work was completed properly but as for my experience with them, everything went wrong. The initial price I was quoted was way less than what I was billed. When I called to question the invoice amount, they found another mistake they made and charged me yet another fee higher than the original invoice amount. I hope others do not experience this with this law firm. We were considering other work with them but I will never deal with this firm again.

I dealt with Susan on my divorce about seven years ago. Susan did a fantastic job. The settlement was swift and the outcome favorable to me and my kids. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone. She was able to effectively take my emotion out of the equation and deal with my ex-wife and her lawyer eloquently and expeditiously!

Susan is an intelligent lawyer. Saved me a lot of trouble with my ex in the long run. She is hard working and dedicated to her clients. She worked diligently, efficiently and appropriately to get me an even better then the settlement than I was hoping for. Would very much recommend.

As you read in her name it's Miss not mrs. She has no heart she has no soul my children have her as a lawyer she is aware that my children are expressing their being abused she would much rather put children with an abusive mother than a decent father going to show exactly how she alienates men this woman will even speak on behalf of Children's Aid societies when they don't show up to court so I do not recommend her if you were a man who see a lawyer that has a heart and soul Susan does not have either

Kind, professional. It's no wonder everyone and their mother recommended Ms. Galarneau to me when I was searching for a lawyer to aid me in my divorce. May not get married ever again, but I definitely will be coming back, should I require any more legal work to be done.

I had an relatively uncomplicated separation matters -without issues of custody/business shares/etc.
Yet, my experience with her was a disappointment. With 2 decades in her own practice, I expected efficiency & quality.
She did not seem energetic or a problem-solver.
Despite my efforts to move things along, my file continued for year$.
She did excel in forwarding emails- a ca$h cow because it takes no intellect or time.
She charged to correct errors that she made on my court forms, financial statements, etc- another ca$h cow.
Here is part of a recent review of her current Associate, yet, I feel it 100% captures my experience with Galarneau:
“Documents that (the lawyer)was supposed to forward to the opposing council, that I had given (the lawyer) promptly, I would find out months later (the lawyer) had not sent...
This happened often and I spent many thousands without proper results.”
