Brian and his skilled professional team did an outstanding job resolving my long term spousal support agreement. Brian reviewed the case, provided direction and develop a plan for thr case. I would recommend anyone engaged in a high conflict separation to consult with Mr. Ludmer. I was expecting the brief 15-30 minute consult I have received from other lawyers and instead got an hour of actionable advice before I was even ready to make a commitment to any lawyer. The time was taken to understand my situation and make suggestions for a positive way forward for my children.

I am sure this guy has succeeded for some, thus a few high reviews. He is "known" for being difficult for anyone to work with in the court system, look up his disciplinary record--it is public record. He is happy to take your money to file endless paperwork and accuse the other parent of Parental Alienation--something not even verified as a real thing by most psychologists. He loves to repeat things like "unilateral" and "aggressive", and paint a false hope of success to his clients. Things that should be 4 pages long are 16, etc. and you pay for the extra time he charges to produce things that seem ridiculous to opposing counsel. He has no true care for the children involved, and he will fight for women with the money to throw at him as well. This is his top priority. Don't fall for his reassurances while he bills you excessively.

Knowledgeable, generous and genuine. Also passionate. Hard to come by in a lawyer. The legal system is appalling. Brian doesn't pretend it's anything less. He instead works within its limitations and doesn't make false claims or promises, or practice with his head buried in the sand.

This man is the most unethical 1 trick pony I have ever come across. He has no care or concern for the truth and will not even attempt to establish truth. He has one intent and one intent only-to claim parental alienation, he will tailor and doctor the case to fit this claim and does not even attempt to care for a child's best interest.

Although Mr. Ludmer was not my lawyer I reached out to him for information. As he was not my lawyer, I cannot comment or rate the other categories, However I can say from experience that despite not being my lawyer he took the time to speak to me and provided the information I sought with no strings attached. I found him to be very helpful and quite knowledgeable.

The rudest, abusive, most disrespectful lawyer! His own kids want nothing to do with him and he defends clients just like himself! What a dishonest, unethical person and is a thief! STAY AWAY or your reputation will go down with him. He has been fined multiple times for misconduct. Can't believe he can still practice.

I just wanted to thank Brian Ludmer and his team for taking such good care of me during my case against my ex husband. I hadn’t seen my son in 7 months. Ludmer gets dads to accuse moms of parental alienation to get custody. PA accusations are insulting and divisive, the children see through it. The dads may get more custody than they deserve, but only after enormous legal fees and in the long run, the children want nothing to do with him. The only people PA benefits are unethical attorneys and mental health professionals. In cases of abuse, PA accusations deflect from the abuser's behavior and a child's normal reaction to abuse (resisting a parent) is turned into evidence of alienation. A California father got sole custody after he made PA accusations, despite the children and mother alleging sexual abuse. A year later, he raped and killed the daughter. The father is sick. What were the judge and PA experts' excuse? PA experts spread fallacies like children often lie about abuse, when the opposite is true, or that PA is worse than sexual abuse, which is just sick. Anyone still validating PA should be disbarred.

The three reviews are Ludmer himself. I can tell his tone. no one in the world would say any of those things about him. He is a fraud and a thief that uses the legal system to prey on suffering families. He should be disbarred not promoted.

Brian Ludmer is a con artist. he pretends to be this lawyer that "sympathizes with fathers" and will lie to your face until he has taken every penny he can shamelessly. The only thing he does for you is make your ex look not as bad.

Brian is an amazing lawyer. Words could never describe the gratitude my husband and I have for Brian. Brian offers an unbundled service which is how he works for me. No complaints, he’s a stand up guy with good morals. He is adamant about pushing Father’s rights and equal parenting, which is what I have and am keeping thanks to Brian.
