Stole money when no services were rendered

Hired Mr. Myers on 1/18/17 re: Consumer protection issue. Issue was resolved without any intervention on his part. I paid $800 and he refuses to refund my money. He went as far as to say he would charge me $500/ $250 hr. and would refund $300. That has not happened. Business must be bad when a "so-called" attorney would take money from a 65 year old, female, 100% disabled veteran for services he never rendered. I informed him that I would contact the Virginia State Bar. Didn'the seem to phase him. I guess he is up to date on his membership fees. This is exactly the wording of my review of Mr.Myers on AVVO. Every word is true. The only updated info is the return of $300 on 2/9/17. He still refuses to refund $500 and has not provided an itemized bill of what he did, which was nothing!
