Very happy to have had Cindy represent me. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything in a way that I would understand. I trusted her recommendations and what she said would happen did. Easy to talk to. If I ever need a lawyer again I'm going back.

Happy to have been represented by this lawyer. She was really knowledgeable and very skilled. She listened to me and saw things that I didn't. The judge on my case even complemented her.

E-mails take 2 to 3 weeks to be responded to. When asked about voice mail I was told she does not answer her voice mail. In terms of quality of work, I have had to double and triple the work and in the end was called out for being too aggressive in asking for corrections and modifications to my schedules.

Do not use this lawyer! She doesn't respond or do what she says she is going to do. After numerous emails that were never answered from her, she "fired" mu daughter as a client saying that my daughter didn't do what she was supposed to do. My daughter handed in all the documents requested and was
waiting to hear when she was to come in to sign off on her financial statement. She never heard from her. Ms. Ebben never answered any emails so my daughter had no idea that according to Ms Ebben, she was waiting on her. Ms Ebben told myself that my daughter had been in to sign but she hadn't been and of course Ms Ebben never responded to the email that my daughter sent saying she hadn't been in. The bill we received documenting the cost for what she did do showed a charge for opening an email from my daughter giving an updated email address. Using her was a complete waste of money and time. If I could give a negative rating I would.
