This lawyer is very rude. There is no other way to put it. His website offers patience and a free 30 minute consultation but within 120 seconds where he had cut me off repeatedly as I tried to give him the bare bones of the case, he told me my contract us unenforceable. I had not had a chance to complete a single sentence. I finally had to tell him that his manners are poor and his knowledge is worse, whereupon he hung up! Stay away!

Voice mails always full and can't leave messages. Doesn't respond to questions or concerns via emails. Doesn't listen when client is talking. Always has an excuse to end conversations abruptly. Will not stand up for your rights. Alex has no problem talking down to his clients. When you retain a lawyer, your stress should be relived, but not with this guy, because you are basically on your own. Alex just gives up and consents to all court orders without a fight. Alex makes no effort to put forth my suggestions or concerns to the opposing party, all the while their lawyers are doing everything they can for their clients. When Alex knows that you are not happy with him, he will patronize you. It is like he doesn't even care, win or lose, he gets paid. I could write a book on this guy, and maybe I will. My next step is to report him to the bar, he needs to lose his license to practice before he hurts more innocent people. Absolute worse lawyer on the planet, stay away!
