I hired Samantha through an EAP referral back in October 2015. She promised a draft copy of my separation agreement within a couple of weeks, but I did not receive one until April 2016 - feeble lies & excuses were provided to explain the delay. Countless voice mails & emails went unanswered. She out righted lied about sending things to my ex's lawyer. After finally reaching my breaking point in February 2017 I sent a letter to her and the 2 managing partners of Rutman & Rutman requesting my money back and all of my documentation that I had provided to date. Not one of them had the decency to respond to the letter. $1,500 down the drain... that's alot for a single mom. I'm currently trying to ensure that she is removed from my EAP's law assist listing - my co-workers should not have to be subjected to this. STAY AWAY!

Extremely unprofessional!! Can't believe she is an actual lawyer. It's better to burn your money than to hire her and spend it on her. She is very rude and lazy. Does not get the work done. Just wanted my ex's lawyer to do all the work but charged me heavily for letters to the other lawyer that were not even helpful or necessary. She doesn't even know half the family law. Made many mistakes with my case but would never take responsibility. Extremely unprofessional. Do not hire her.
