Nearly cost me my life, and still might. What seems like your best friend at first,has turned out to be hateful. Myself and mom lost our homes funding the promises/motion this lawyer neglected to follow through on. We were without a home,living out of boxes for so long,my health rock bottom, waiting on diagnosis with MRI,mom who is bedridden and had been on life support for suicide. We depended on that motion, put off for months. When I sent email, I did not swear at all. Was in utter despair,and had expressed my worst fears.This lawyer jumped to get rid of our case that was just about to go to trial,after putting all our trust in him. He tried to dismiss on the basis of lacking confidence in him. I grovelled and begged for forgiveness. He got a motion in 2weeks to get rid of us. Months we waited for a motion we depended on. Even the judge extended the motion another day in hopes this lawyer would reconsider as he was compassionate to our despair,but because no trial date set,judge....
