USELESS - Felt like he couldn't be bothered. I was handed to him when my lawyer left. Transition was a joke, he never read my file, wasted time and my money catching up. Then when it came to negotiating with my employer he failed. Miserably. He called to say "I think your going to be pleased" I was stunned - if he had read my file he would have saw he had actually made no strides. I was already there a yr prior. I know he didn't argue...it was like he was overworked? Had a bigger case? Almost felt he wanted me to walk away to lighten his load? In the end he told me going to HRTO would be very difficult. After his firm accepted my 10k of course, concerning after they first told me I had a strong case. Very disappointing. I hope this helps anyone else who's considering his service. DONT. Getting ripped off by Pinto Wray James was the most frustrating and unfortunate experience. PS - I went up against my employer the Govt of Ont myself and I made it to mediation on my own.
