I hired him for a simple. He got his money up front and didn’t bother to show up my court cases. Kept saying crown is on vacation. Lol turn out he was on vacation. He is a crook. He kept on asking me to plea to crime I didn’t commit. I’ve met his law student, the fat white more than I seen him. He sucks.

Originally a trial was set for my case but Mr. Hossein Motevalli was able to hold a second pre-trial where he highlighted weaknesses in the case against me. He was ultimately able to negotiate to have the charges against me withdrawn before my trial date. I could not be happier with the service of Mr. Motevalli, I would use him again and refer my friends and family to his firm.

When I was charged with sexual assault my first Toronto lawyer told me the evidence against me was very strong and that I should accept a plea bargain. That is when I met Mr. Hossein Motevalli. He told me not to plea guilty and rather to take my case to trial. I hired Mr. Motevalli and he represented me at trial. After a two day trial, I was found not guilty of sexual assault. Mr. Motevalli won the case which my previous lawyer wanted me to plea guilty to. I would recommend Mr. Motevalli to anyone needing a lawyer for sexual assault. He is professional, hard working and his team will work together to prove your innocence.

I was extremely nervous when I was originally charged. Mr. Hossein Motevalli went to all my court dates and was able to have all charges against me withdrawn before trial. Counsel for my co-accused in the case was not able to withdraw the charges against their client. I couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome. I was able to go back to work and continue my life with my girlfriend. I can’t thank Mr. Motevalli and his team enough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a criminal lawyer.
