He is representing Ontario College of Pharmacists who, he knows very well, almost fail to fulfill their mandate to protect the public, but he still is working on their side by helping the OCP to pull veil over the public's eyes. He often helps the OCP to do scapegoating of pharmacists and shamelessly grabs money for it. Often times pharmacists make mistakes because they work under slave-drive conditions, long shifts, with no lunchbreaks at all, with no other breaks, with no BATHROOM breaks, understaffed and with very inadequately trained assistants. None of those factors is in the pharmacists' control. These type of conditions are created by Chains Head Offices (like Shopper's Drug Mart, Pharma Plus, Loblaws etc), who are headed by businessmen, not pharmacists. The OCP knows it, Nick Coleman knows it, but they continue often time emotionally traumatize pharmacists, and suspend them, and financiallyfine them to create illusion that they address the "issue" But the true DANGER stays!!!
