I couldn't say enough bad things about this lawyer. Almost 1 year and not a single thing accomplished. ALL paperwork was returned by the courts due to errors, some as basic as him using the completely wrong names! His incompetency has cost me well over $30,000 between legal fees and lost child support. Every single thing he has done to date, which is extremely minimal, has been counter-productive. I actually had to inform him of a hearing date because I took the time to call the proper person and ask why nothing is moving forward. When I confronted him about why HE didn't know about said court date, I was shut out. Filing a formal complaint with the Law Society at this point and I would be surprised if I was the first.
