Phil is a procrastinator of a lawyer and does not stand by his word. Was referred to him from a legal rep and now nothing but regrets. Just for a not so complicated property dispute, this has been going on for YEARS and up to today, still waiting to settle this. Phil forgets where he is with things as it seems he is dealing with the bigger ticket items. He does a bit of work, leaves it, forgets, contacts the client for a follow up to where he left off, makes notes or drafts and it is a repeat cycle. You get 2 steps forward and 10 steps back. My future is in his hands and this is very unprofessional of Phil Cramer. I do not recommend him. Law Society Review Board is next.

Phil is an intelligent, humorous and engaging character who is also a ferocious advocate for his clients. He has represented me through a very difficult and trying personal matter with warmth, intelligence, sensitivity and integrity. Some lawyers are in it for the money and some are in it for justice. Phil is the latter kind. Knowledgeable, quick witted and funny, anyone would be lucky to have Phil on their side. He is a truly lawyer's lawyer.

I wish I could rate zero. During a meeting that I had two other people present Phillip Cramer told me his legal strategy was to let me be screwed because my sitting judge was never ligitamtely appointed. This was one of many issues.

Worst lawyer ever! 4 months of excuse after excuse. Quite frankly I was wondering when he was going to run out of them! Check the Law Society he was written up, which I will be filing a complaint, he was even sued by them for not paying his fines. Clearly didn't learn anything. This lawyer need to give up his practice! Stay away!! Gave me advice that put me in serious jeopardy. Caused undue hardship and he didn't care! Obviously not intimidated by the Law Society.
