My unstable and vengeful wife hired a vicious crazy lawyer. A professional colleague of mine recommended that I speak to Ms. Younker to see if she would take my case. She agreed to do so. This was my lucky day! Despite my wife’s lawyer being unreasonable and unethical, Ms. Younker was able to push my case forward through the courts in such a way that my wife and her lawyer were seen for what they were, and I was able to achieve my goal of joint custody and 50% residency in a very short time frame without the expenditure of an outrageous amount of money. I felt that Ms. Younker’s legal fees were fair and reasonable, and it is nice to know that if I need her again she will be in my corner.

I had another lawyer prior to hiring Ms. Younker who sat on my file and did nothing for 8 months and then had the gall to charge me for services. A friend had suggested that I try Ms. Younker instead. Ms. Younker quickly reviewed my file, advised me how she thought I should proceed, and then we implemented her plan. Within 6 months my case was resolved, at a fair and reasonable cost. Kudos to Ms. Younker!

Ms. Younker did such good work on my behalf at the time of my separation and divorce that I have returned to her several times over the years as my income dropped due to job loss as I got older to reduce my child and spousal support. I would recommend her without hesitation. She is the best.

As a man, it is nice to find women lawyers that actually support men having custody of their children. Ms. Younker is such a lawyer. After reviewing the circumstances of my case with me, Janice agreed that it was in the best interests of my children for me to be their primary parent-despite the fact that this is not common. Through skill and advocacy she was able to convince the judge that the children were best in my care. I will be forever grateful to her, as will my children once they are older.

Don't even think of using this lawyer. She never gets back to you. Horrible, drawn-out experience.
