Lyle defended me in a DUI, of which over 99% are lost or pleaded by the defendant. We won! He was amazing in the courtroom, asking all the right questions that made the officer appear unqualified, and my ex, who testified against me, seem profoundly biased. In my case I declined to take a blood test, so the evidence of intoxication was basically in my appearance; bloodshot eyes, swaying, some slurred speech. Lyle knew all of the details involved in DUIs and stumped the officer on the stand by asking questions about the field sobriety test. He also kept me well-informed and was an excellent listener.

Not responsive to questions and felt that he was just "going through the motions". I do not feel the outcome would have been different without representation
