Kristen Hales does little to no work on your case, most of the work is done by her assistant. She is dishonest and manipulates her billing. She inflates her cost to more than double her original estimate. Beware of the bald headed lady

Hired her and worst thing ive ever did!! Everything i told ger i wanted she did opposite. Would send agreements before i agreed so it was impossible to change. Everybody who read my case asked me if she worked for the otherside! She would not fight for anything i asked and put in agreements that i would bot go after anything so i basically had to give into whatever my ex demanded! So many mistakes in dates and no defence with all my evidence i had handed in too her. Even claims she didnt recieve the most important piece of evidence. At the very end of my case she quit when she knew I knew what she did. Even admitted mistakes then later denied. I woould NEVER recommended this lawyer!!

Ms. Hales took my money for a consult and after it disappeared into her pocket, she remembered opposing council speaking to her about the case and then she was in a conflict of interest, but kept my money.

I desperately need my will and affairs put in order and despite the pandemic she did the work effectively and efficiently without tremendous cost.

She is unaware of paperwork required for the client to finalize separation at their end. No concept of income tax issues or pension issues. The agreement has to be proof read several times for mistakes. Clauses are left in from a template that do not apply to your agreement. No financial experience, lots of difficulty determining equalization. Sends correspondence from opposing lawyer to you, but is not scheduled to read it herself until weeks later. Too meek and mild, can't get anywhere with other lawyers. At no point does she tell you what to expect until it has already happened. Makes a difficult experience much worse. It is hard to believe she is actually a lawyer in this field. Please for your sake, do not go her.
