Get right to the point. Gives his honest opinion. Does not tell you what you want to hear to get the job and then tells you he can not do it like you want it done. He is up front and honest

He will tell how he's worth the high fees he charges but that certainly wasn't our experience. My wife and I hired him to prosecute a simple Peace Bond on our behalf. We provided Mr. Bourgon with ample, damning evidence and we urged him again and again and again to use it but in his wisdom, he knew best and our evidence never was even introduced. He allowed a self- represented defendant to bebop and dance all over us while he sat on his hands. We lost our case and now are forced to go back to court and prosecute the case ourselves where we have little doubt, we will win. Frankly, we feel ripped off.
