Ursula is firstly very compassionate, caring and non-judgmental. I found Ursula treated my son's case with the same attention to our personal needs and tenacity in his case as one would defend their own family. Ursula is highly competent and always explained what she suggested doing, why and how it would benefit our position. I did not feel as if we were "just another client". She was honest and upfront with the situation and the potential outcomes which allowed us to be accepting and make good decisions as a team. In the end, the result was better than anticipated and we certainly thank Ursula for everything she did to bring us to the most positive solution possible. She is definitely still my most trusted advisor.
