I highly suggest looking for a different lawyer. Initially when speaking with him, he told me he has tenure and would be able to get a favourable crown prosecutor on my case in order to minimize the sentence. I was in the most toxic relationship I’ve ever been a part of. She would constantly gaslight me. i found out she was cheating, I was left with a messed up mindset and sent her multiple emails stating everything. I was eventually charged with Criminal Harassment. I explained my story in detail to Austin, he said assured me when I spoke with him he was able to handle this and get me a favourable outcome. He fell asleep on my bail hearing. Yes, fell asleep. It was a late bail hearing and I was stuck there from 8am-midnight. Then he fell asleep. He eventually woke up and we got to my bail. To my surprise, I was being transported to the Edmonton Remand centre where I was imprisoned with all types, ranging from men who robbed stores at gun point to actual cold blooded murderers.
