I hired Gabriella in January through legal aid for family court. On our first and only meeting I gave all info on the case and all of my documents and a next meeting was set. It was accidentally set to family day. I messaged her to confirm the appt day the day after family day assuming that it was accidental, to which she replied we'll need to reschedule for another day during the week. I replied with all of my availability and asked which day would be best? I haven't heard back since. I've sent several messages and called with no response and waited nearly 2 months and through a court date on top of it. I sent a message to say I'm picking up my papers. No response. Today I went to the firm to pick up my papers, she wasn't there however her assistant was, who also could not explain why she didn't respond and had no clue that I was a client with her. Yet she managed to create approx 900$ bill with legal aid in the matter for clearly nothing. No legal advice or representation.
