This man is a joke of a lawyer. Doesn't even have staff that can send the right paperwork. Multiple times I corrected them for sending me wrong information. Their professionalism is lacking when they sent me sometime else's court files. He made loose assumptions of my case and left my kids in a suffering position. Do not recommend this lawyer one bit. He didn't care about the kids or any of the issues relayed and in the end didn't accomplish anything and I'm self representing now. He hardly puts his input in. His paralegals are better at eat they do than him. So he did was open his both take Criticism as an insult and only made himself look like a fool with his suggestions that are clearly in spite.

Fred not only knows the law, he knows people. He told me up front the challenges we were facing, and how my case would proceed. Visiting a lawyer is not a pleasant experience, but I was grateful for the advice and the practical delivery of it. I felt informed at every step and cannot say enough about his staff! All in all, a bad life situation was made easier with an above-average legal team on my side. Thank you!

Fred has been my lawyer for two years in my family law case, that is high conflict and involves my children's safety. Not only has he done an amazing job at protecting my children and I, he actually cares about our well being and is not just out to make a quick dollar. He keeps costs low where he can and always tells it to you straight (even if sometimes you don't want to hear it). He always presents your best options and the weighs the cost and benefit to each. He works long hours and never is too busy to answer your call. His court room demeanor is impeccable and has earned the respect he deserves from his years of hard work. He is an ethical lawyer who follows the rules and always looks out for the best interest of you and your children and has the experience to take on the other lawyers whom don't hold that high standard. I couldn't say enough good things about Fred he cares about the cause not just lining his pockets.

I have a very negative review of this Lawyer. He did not work for me but rather against me. His office is extremely unorganized, and missed very important details in sworn documents. he is a legal aid lawyer and works for the less fortunate people and as such is very discriminatory and biased. His advice is to damage the other persons image, deny parenting to get them to react and ultimately drag out the litigation so he can make as much as possible.

My first impression of Fred was not good. After being completely truthful and open with him I felt he had formed an unfavorable opinion of me as a parent. Looking back, I think my first impression was correct, it would have been better to withhold certain information about my lifestyle. He is old school. I felt abandoned by my lawyer in the court house, like he was not comfortable being seen with me. He never gave me the impression he was on my side. In his defense, he does appear shy, which is not what I needed in a lawyer battling for my children against a well seasoned tiger!

Fred has been nothing but good to my family and I. He worked very hard to insure a win for us. He was always available to me to answer any question even on Christmas Eve. Very smart and knows his stuff. Without him as our lawyer, I don't know if we would have had the success we did.

Fred is not honest and not interested in doing good for children. Like most lawyers they know how to make money. Spend $5,000 on mediation and count the tens of thousands you save on lawyers.
