I retained David in an estate matter that had become litigious. The dispute was very acrimonious, but David gave honest counsel and kept me grounded. He acted quickly to freeze the assets in dispute with a court order, and kept the process moving even though the other side kept trying to delay. I got good advice, and david helped me manage the stress of litigation and keep things in perspective. He pushed the case forward aggressively, and I got a good result at the end. I would highly recommend david if you need someone in your corner for a difficult fight.

David handled a complex piece of commercial litigation for us. He was polite but aggressive with the other side, and after some procedural wrangling they saw that they were not going to get anywhere and they agreed to our terms. A++, wholly recommended.
