Almost useless, other reviews are fake. Doesn't call back, didn't read couet papes, only did call when he tried to beg for more money. Naveen isn't allowed within a hundred ft of a school.

Very professional and produces results. I was charged with some very serious stuff (i.e. sexual assault, assault, etc.). Mr. Batish heard me out and provided straight forward and honest advice. At the end of the day, I walked out with a peace bond, whereas the Crown was initially looking at 2-3 years jail. He completely destroyed the Crown's case. He never gave up on me and words cannot explain the level of gratitude I share for this individual. Highly recommend Mr. Batish!!!! He will also work with you, when it comes to retainer.

This Lawyer got me a crappy deal on my case. My charges weren't even serious. Furthermore, he also froze up during my resolution when the Judge asked him a question, made me realize then and there that this guy doesn't really have a clue what he's doing. With all that being said, during my release, all of my property was in the bag except for my Diamond earrings and gold stud, I had told him about that and he said to contact him the following week, which I did but no reply. Their are many good Lawyers out there, use this Lawyer at your own risk.
