After my 1st car crash, family and friends suggested I get a lawyer to help me navigate through the process dealing with ICBC. I was given 3 highly recommended lawyers to look at. Thanks so much for all you did for Mike during this tough time in our lives. The only thing that I would like to suggest, is maybe having a scale for settlement: if you go to court 33% if you go to arbitration 29% and if your settle out of court/arbitration 26% it was just a shock that we got pretty much what we had to put out for the last two years, it just would have been nice to have a little more for the pain and suffering part.

Jill is special. She always made me feel comfortable, like I was talking to an old friend. She was also able to answer any questions without missing a beat. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me feel confident in my decisions regarding my case because I felt I was so well advised. My case went on for an exceptionally long time due to extenuating personal circumstances; but that did not hinder the Hergott team away from my case. They always made me feel like their number one client. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend Hergott Law to anyone that needed help with a personal injury claim.
