Mr. Jeffcott showed tremendous professionalism and empathy and was able to navigate through various options that were available. He took the time to explain each step and options in a succinct and clear manner. As for fees, I found that they were reasonable and Mr. Jeffcott kept his rate from beginning to end (took over a year to find a resolution to my situation). Throughout the entire process, Mr. Jeffcott always presented the various options along with their associated overall costs before doing the work. He also identified things that I could do or that his firm could do in my stead, thus giving me the option to pay or do the work. Mr. Jeffcott is a great strategist and a collaborative individual. These, combined with his background in mediation, are great assets when discussing/negotiating with the other party. As my situation has other legal components, I will definitely continue working with Mr. Jeffcott, especially since he has a wide network of professionals we can tap into.

Watch your bill!, Jim charges you for everything little thing, even when it's him asking for clarity. Keep this in mind, and stop answering when he doesn't understand and force him to move on, otherwise you'll end up paying more.
