I have no problem getting the truth out in the open. It is my moral obligation to warn the unaware public of this dangerous, ruthless, dishonest, disloyal attorney, Eric Sims Jr.. It takes an incredible and unusual miscarriage of justice to get someone such as myself to be so vocal and adamant about informing the people that may be considering this inept and feckless lawyer. I strongly urge you to find another attorney besides this one.
Mr. Sims represented me and it took well over 6 years to correct his incompetence. What happened to me as a result of Sims' actions cost me more time and money than anyone could even imagine. He did a ridiculously unprofessional and horrible job, then refused to take responsibility for it and denied even ever being my defender years later when he switched sides ON THE SAME CASE! In an obvious conflict of interest, I will be pursuing a lawsuit against him. Run away fast...This man is truly a disgrace to the profession.
