Please stay away from this lawyer. I had to get another lawyer few days before heading to trial. I believe that she does not care about you, your kids, your assets or your bank account. She only takes your money and then draft up a stipulation agreement where more than 90% is in favor for your opposing spouse. Like my own lawyer wanted to give my to be ex-husband every Christmas with the kids. She also refused to go after his retirement funds or assets but wanted me to give him half of my pension. Not only that, she wants me to take out life insurance policy knowing that my husband abused me all 12 years of marriage and will probably have me killed if he knows he will get 250,000. Don’t even want to tell you what she proposed I do with the house. She put in the document that I’m solely responsible for health insurance for my kids. I have to remove him from my joint account, and even take his mails and bring them to the post office, pay certified mail to send to his new home. Stay away!
