Mr. Weiser provided incorrect legal advice to me with my estate matter, and misrepresented himself to me as being a lawyer experienced and competent in the filing of caveats and Notices of Civil Claim in estate matters, when in fact he was not. He is currently a defendant in a lawsuit filed by me,in the Supreme Court of BC, in this matter. I will also be filing a written complaint against Mr. Weiser with the Law Society of BC in the above matter.
