If you are a man involved in a family dispute, I strongly advise against choosing Robert Snell as your mediator or arbitrator. In my experience, his conduct showed a clear bias in favor of the female party, despite us providing substantial evidence that she was manipulating the system to her advantage—including actions that negatively impacted both her ex and their children.
Key facts, documents, and patterns of behavior were dismissed or overlooked, and the final decision aligned almost entirely with her demands. It was incredibly disheartening to see legitimate concerns and proof ignored without proper consideration.
This review is a warning to future clients: if you're expecting a fair and balanced process, you may not find it here. I would not recommend Mr. Snell to anyone looking for neutral and unbiased arbitration, especially in complex or emotionally charged family matters.

Holds awards ransom for $$ then orders no changes. Is a mother lover regardless of the wishes and best interest of the children. does not follow the family court rules! stay as far away as possible!
