she has had the file now for over a month, the apposing party still has not been notified, I have tried repeatedly to swear an affidavit, it is still not sworn, I need to have this matter in court asap, i cannot seem to get any response to indicate she hears me and will actually get this into court now. I don't know what to do about it, i feel like i am being sandbagged So far, there has been no work done at all on my file, i have to deal with my abusive partner, despite having a no contact order, i need enforcement, i need legal help, and i cannot seem to get any here i believe she knows her stuff, but just does not want to do it. i do not know why. I have this abusive person in my life, every day all day. and my financial situation is dire. I made all this clear to her when she took the file, There does not seem to be any real interest in her doing anything to help. again, i don't know why I cannot comment on her work, she hasn't done any yet.

Does not do as she says, she is doing, does not get back to you. Leaves you hanging. Not trustworthy or honest.
