I was repeatedly told that we should close the case quickly, that I should settle out of court because the Judge bases his decision on whether or not "he likes me" & if he doesn't like me I "could end up with nothing". I was referred to a very overpriced pain "specialist" who Zhivov uses often. The "specialist" visits are a minimum of 2 hours each at 600 dollars an hour. Watch the language, I was told by V.Zhivov that he would pay for the pain specialist "out of pocket" leading me to believe he would be paying it, I did NOT ask for a pain specialist & I did not want a pain specialist. YET those costs came out of my settlement. I felt pressured & intimidated to settle & I had not even had all of my tests/ results completed yet. I supplied the xrays, MRI's and doctor reports toZhivov. I had to give personal history report that took over an hour long while at the pain specialist and I was not allowed to have a copy. Zhivov's bill amounted to 50% of my meager settlement. You be the judge.
