My child was injured in a motor vehicle incident in BC. I interviewed 3 lawyers and Mike Yawney was the most helpful and less solicitous of the three lawyers. Due to my child's injury, Mike set up an internet interview immediately before we even chose him. He was forthcoming in free advice and emphasized that taking care of my child was of foremost importance at that time. It was an easy choice for our family to choose Mike Yawney. Mike and his team set up all the medical professionals, travel arrangements, per diems, expenses, and advised us of the process and ICBC's strategies and tactics to absolve themselves of their responsibilities to my child's injuries. After 3 years, the matter was resolved. We couldn't have fared better with Mike Yawney's legal representation. Our family recommends putting Mike Yawney on your short list of Injury Lawyers.

Michael is the most amazing lawyer in the province. he took our families case when we were injured in an accident. He ensured our daughter was taken care of and not request went unanswered from the late night phone calls to the gifts to help her over her anxiety after the accident. it was amazing. best lawyer in the world.

this guy just got a q.c. designation and practices in so many different areas of law who knows what is going on? I am not sure that everyone understands who this person really is...trying to find an official announcement of the q.c. designation is hard to find...except on the firm facebook page. how professional
