I had the good fortune to have retained Alvin Leung's services with regards to an issue with CRA.
Alvin took all the necessary steps to ensure my case was clearly understood and gave simple and explicit directions as required on my part.
Alvin had an extremely calm, pleasant and reassuring demeanor every time we met or talked and was extremely APPROACHABLE.
He was very upfront and reasonable with his fees and was even able to adjust a few items on review of invoice. ( Again very reasonable and approachable )
Also very timely in returning calls ( yes call personally ) and e-mails.
When all was said and done we successfully argued this case and WON ! on all charges !
This issue dealt with a very large and substantial amount of money .Other business associates ( 5 in total ) in my community faced the same charges I did and either tried to go it alone or had substandard representation and not one of them were successful in arguing their case.
