Unfortunately, she’s on her way out and is very lazy. She goes beyond advising by way of talking you into agreeing to things that are incorrect. For example, she had me agree to a property equalization when it was unfair considering the short marriage and the amount I would lose and he would gain. Bad advice that, luckily, I was able to have rectified by another lawyer. She also advised me against relocation and custody. Fortunately I did not take her advice and was awarded custody AND relocation. She’s a nice lady, but won’t stand up for her clients’.

Run don't walk to this lawyer. And consider yourself lucky if she works with you. Then prepare to see an expert work.
