Worthless lawyer. Do not even retain this fella for any of your Estate matters. He is very tardy; does not respond on time and is very rude. How can he even be allowed to hold his Association to the Bar? Someone needs to report him.

Excellent website, with information that touch on all topics regarding the administration of estates, including how to start litigation of an unwanted Executor of a Will. I am Executor and beneficiary of my Mothers Will and Mr. Milton represents three of my Siblings since September of 2019. I strongly agree with my fellow reviewer above, if you want to be in litigation with your Siblings than he is the lawyer for you. If you are an Executor of a Will and one or more beneficiaries has retained Mr. Milton, be warned, there is an Objection to your appointment as Trustee filed with the Courts. Further, there is an Application for your removal from Mr. Milton law firm in waiting, this removal Application is to be served on the Executor after you apply for Probate. Conflict between the executor and beneficiaries is key to their success. In my case, as Trustee, I'm getting ready for round two, an objection to the passing of my estate accounts and for whatever garbage is in waiting, Paul S.

Pros: Detailed information on his site.
Cons: I found his work sloppy. Not one document came back without errors.
Lacks attention to detail
Misses his own deadlines.
Gets major facts wrong
Omits key information
Poor communicator
Terse to the point of worthless/ unhelpful - understanding an issue is like pulling teeth.
If these are the qualities you seek in an estate lawyer, you found your man.
You need an estate lawyer because you are in conflict with someone. If you want to be in a fight with that someone and your lawyer, Milton’s your guy.
I would never recommend nor use again.
