Daniel was fantastic. He is not passive at all; he is calm and steady. There's a difference. I found him to be a great resource, really quick to respond, and patient with my endless questions. He doesn't hesitate to play hardball if necessary but neither is he going to play games just to pad his bill. Trust him and you'll be OK. I was very happy with the result and would recommend him to anyone. A very thoughtful and precise lawyer.

Daniel is New to Family Law and part of Dani Frodis Firm. He is currently not qualified to take on your case and needs much more experience and understanding of Family Law. Although Dani Frodis will often Litigate your case (Dani Frodis can only litigate simple case and if you have any thing slightly complex do not use this FIRM) Daniel will be the one who really does the work. He is very passive and not open to your suggestions. Stay away from this Lawyer and the Dani Frodis Firm or you will end up paying a lot of your hard earned money for no results. I have no access to my children and have a separation agreement that Senior Lawyers are just cannot believe do to the mismanagement of my case by Daniel and Dani Frodis.
