his firm is a fraud. Their service is bad and the girls working there do nothing and he is not accessible . they charge more than any other firm and their quality of work is zero. he has no control on his employees and no care for clients. they hold people's money for no reason. DO NOT GO THERE.

Worst team ever. They took care of myhome when we sold they hold our money for 3 months and didn’t respond snd the home price rise and they charged us three times more than they were supposed to. He didn’t show up at all and her assistant Azin which I doubt if she is high school graduates te messed up everything

we choose his team as our real estate lawyer. our closing was on 28 September and the money was deposited to their account the same day. They said the fee would be $850 at the beginning. The after the deposit happened they didn't respond any call or email and it took almost 2 months after calling and 100 emails they asked for more $450 to process the payment. we had to pay penalty for our mortgage since every time we thought they will pay it off the day before. His assistant Azin Ghorbani was so lazy and unprofessional even didn't know hoe to process the mortgage. we called and asked to talk to Adam Seif they refused to give any information. they kept our money months for no reason and caused us lots of issues and penalties by bank.
