I can’t say enough how much this firm helped me. Michelle always returned my emails and calls right away and would put my mind at ease. Her team is so caring. I felt like a big weight off my shoulders and she won my wsib case and changed my life. If you want someone who cares about you and your case this is the firm to call!

It's worth pointing out that Michelle Zare is not a lawyer, but a paralegal and a great one. Don't be swayed by the reviews on here - Michelle is tenacious and fights for her clients. She always takes time for me and explains things in a way that I can understand. I don't know where I would be without her help. I found her through a friend who she helped too. She is a life saver and knows her stuff when it comes to WSIB.

I contacted Zare Paralegal Services for a WSIB appeal, and was promptly scheduled for a consultation. During the consultation, Ms Zare said that she could help me. She seemed very knowledgeable. Immediately after the consultation, I received a link to use to upload my WSIB documents, which I promptly did. That was the last contact I've had with this company. Despite several voice mail messages, talking to the admin person and an email, I have received no reply from Ms Zare. After a couple of months, I hired someone else for my appeal. There wasn't a lot of money to be made from my appeal, and that's the only reason I can think of why this company has ghosted me. If Ms Zare changed her mind about taking my case, the professional thing to do would be to let me know. If I could give her zero stars, I would do so. Waiting for her to get back to me created a delay in my appeal.

I was just screwed worse by this company then I was by WSIB. I have spent months waiting for their help and waiting and waiting and then today was told that the idiot that was suppose to fight my case quit and dropped my case in the toilet apparently. He never even filed my appeal from months ago. I am now royally screwed and need to find a law firm that is professional and competent and doesn't screw with an already awful situation. What the heck do I do now. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I have ordered them to return all my paperwork so that I can find a lawyer who actually does their job. Steer clear of these . amateurs. They will not help you.

Not recommended. I am Very very disappointed with the way my case was handled. M. Zare didn’t care about my case. She delayed my case for an issue then dropped that issue 3 days before my hearing. Preparation was poor. Zare didn’t know what was important in my case, and didn’t ask me!! Zare didn’t try for my case, she did t spend much time on my case.. I had a good case, lots of proof, but she didn’t mention it at the hearing.. I got half of the benefits I was eligible for, so I’m living on half income from now on. But she charges A LOT. Very very disappointing.
