We have been dealing with Dave for many years for Real Estate deals and Wills, Power of Attorney, Health Care directive, etc. Dave is really knowledgeable, fairly priced and efficient. We love him.

My brother out of Calgary used Dave recently because of my recommendation. He was very happy. Dave used to do do a fair number of Real estate transactions for me and was not phased by unique deals. He is fairly priced and does what he says he will do. My guess is that his knowledge leads to efficiency and thus reasonable rates. I registered for this site specifically to give praise as I only saw 1 review.
