Impossible to get in touch with, you only meet him twice, once to review a contract and at the closing. Every other time you deal with his staff who don't always know what's going on. He's involved with almost every builder on SI so if you are buying any new house, don't expect to be given any effort into protecting you as a buyer from the garbage houses they build. He smiles to your face and talks crap about you behind your back like an immature bratty teenager when you leave. I've seen him do it. He has a holier-than-thou attitude, can be quite obnoxious. He can be a good lawyer if he likes you, but the only way you get him on the phone is to scream and threaten him with calling the Bar Association.
