I am a paralegal with nearly 25 years experience and I find Mr. Alhonte to be one of the worst attorneys I've ever seen in my entire career. I accompanied the attorney I work for and the client to court and I saw this man in action before a judge on a case. Although he knew he was trying a case that day and he was the one who filed the case with the court to begin with, he didn't have any pertinent documents despite knowing he should and he completely wasted everyone's time. I actually enjoyed watching the judge berate him in front of everyone since he completely deserved it. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE! I've never seen anything so embarrassing in a court room. Shameful!

This guy is is horrible. There are so many inconsistencies in the docs he prepares that he should be ashamed and go back to law school. Also helps clients commit fraud, I know this because he helped someone commit fraud against me. He believed the psychopath's lies despite evidence against them and villified me. If he does have any shred of moral fiber, then he was bullied by his client to do this to me. My attorney knows that this guy is incompetent and full of himnself. If you are up against this attorney or considering retaining him, be forewarned!
