Sam handled our spousal sponsorship application; a process which spanned over two years. Since the beginning, Sam offered genuine and meticulous guidance. He has sponsored family members himself, and has an empathy and understanding that other lawyers can't offer. Sam's rates were also very reasonable, and our roles during the application process were clearly established. Even after our application was submitted, Sam provided ongoing guidance and responded promptly to our inquiries. There were naturally some hurdles throughout the process, but Sam kept us calm and dealt with everything in a careful, systematic way. We would recommend Sam's legal assistance to anyone. Mr. Sam was an amazing lawyer from the start TIL the end. My case was regarding refugee claim. It was a little tiring and long waiting time but he was really patient and easy going person. He made all the process so easy. He was always positive promising that it will all be okay which made me put confidence. As he promised we had a positive outcome and was a success. Mr Safi was a great lawyer for me he listened to what I expected and got the job done very quickly. He was always in touch with me with what was going on and why. In the end, I needed to have an order revised and he did that for me right away and did not bill me for that. I really appreciate how he shows such compassion and was able to make the whole process easy.I will definitely be recommending Sam to anyone in need of a great lawyer.

Sam Safi helped me get my 14 year old son's wants to be heard by the court and finally let his choice be awarded. There were times throughout the process that were frustrating but Sam kept his eye on the prize - my son having a choice of what he wanted for his future.
