I was injured as a passenger on a motor cycle with head injuries. My insurer wrongly cut off my benefits, stating it was two years and I was no longer entitled to benefits. David represented me at arbitration and he not only won against my insurance company and my benefits reinstated but he set a new precedence in insurance law. Three years later I settled my case in mediation and did extremely well to the tune of $1,000,000 plus for head injuries. I paid zero fees up front and David's fees were very reasonable at time of settlement. He was very organized and caring. I highly recommend David Hawyard.

Mr. Hayward took on my case and didn't charge me a dime. I would only pay him if he was successful in getting me a settlement. He and his staff worked hard and always took time to talk to me and help me understand the process and my options through it all. Mr Hayward got me a great settlement and he was very fair with what I paid him. If you are in an accident and injured or your insurance company is not paying you what they should be, then Mr Hayward will fight for you and do his best to help you. He is a nice guy to talk to as well, a good guy.
