Chad Finkelstein of Dale & Lessmann Llp is a lame lawyer. This piece of work did absolutely nothing for me. I spent all my money on him and I was forced to continue using his services because I could not afford to go elsewhere. He is one of the reasons lawyers get a bad rap. Avoid him like the plague. He did not stand up for me like I was told he would. He makes up excuses to avoid court dates. I suffered financially for a long time because of his laziness. His peers don't respect him. They openly ridicule him to his face when they see him in the courthouse hallway with his 'client'. Avoid this loser.
