I highly recommend Colin as your lawyer. He is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable in family law and relocation cases.
He was critical in the successful outcome of a complex relocation & child protection case involving documented domestic abuse and child abuse, all while navigating the involvement of the Ministry. Colin was diligent, supportive, provided great advice, and was a voice of calm and reason during a very difficult and traumatic time dealing with aggressive, and unprofessional opposing counsel.
It was a long drawn out case over the course of 2 years and he was there every step of the way. A big thank you to Colin!

I couldn't recommend Colin more! Colin was my lawyer for a relocation, child protection case. He changed the trajectory of my child and I's life for the best. I'll never be able to thank him enough.
Colin was thorough, blunt and understanding while guiding me through the hardest time of my life.
He was conscience of making the best use of time while doing a phenomenal job and winning our case. I don't know what I would have done without his guidance.
Colin is incredibly versed in law but it was his extensive knowledge family law that helped me. I'm grateful to have found Colin and to have had his help through this nightmare.

I came to Colin with a traumatic family
matter. I was dealing with an abusive ex and Colin showed me genuine empathy and I felt that he really listened to my concerns. I was very happy with the results he was able to get me. I would highly recommend for anyone dealing with an abusive ex to reach out to Colin.

Seems to know his stuff at first, but comes off as a used car salesmen. Not impressed whatsoever, and did not follow through with promises. Created more cost and honestly wasted time. I would not recommend this lawyer ever. Had to fight to get him to do anything and when another lawyer did it, it was done within a day, not a month

Colin worked with me on my issues getting my kids vaccinated, in and out of court. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and doesn't sugar coat anything. I highly recommend Colin Ferguson, Colin was my lawyer for just about a year, He kept me calm while he dealt with the ministry and the courts, unfortunately Colin couldn't finish my case as my legal aide ran out, but did offer help if I needed it. Cheers Colin Jeff

We were helping our daughter in law in a relocation case. Colin was exemplary in his work--available, thorough, reliable. His close study of her case and his work in the courtroom helped secure a positive result for her. When subsequent legal action was taken with false claims, Colin was a model of support, and when a second positive decision eventually emerged, we were thankful that we had hired him. I really appreciated that he was always clear about legal possibilities and did not misrepresent what might happen. His bills were fair and easy to read.
