I retained Jacqueline Yee in my family law case. It has truly been an awful, unethical, and dismaying experience. I could've never anticipated the gross misuse of funds, lack of adequate responsiveness, withholding of important information, burning through thousands & thousands of dollars over meaningless matters, misleading and unrealistic promises, and unethical practice retaining this firm brought into my life. Jacqueline made grandiose promises that have very little legal precedence, that would also cost me tenfold in legal fees and even more emotional suffering. She would outright ignore my emails, and we have gone months without anything being accomplished, except for me being bled dry. My pleas for a tangible action plan, & some sharing of information with me (on items she previously promised) were completely ignored, her only response being a demand for another $3,500. To this day there has been no resolution, on to her next victims to run into debt I suppose.
