I lost my child even more after wasting my time and money on this lawyer who basically winked at opposing counsel and helped seal the deal with me and my son and I have still not seen my son for over 15 months now. Tenacity is the furthest thing that this lawyer is. Not even close to even saying 5 words in court and waiting for a hearing for over 7 months while the damage was done. His staff even told me that they will not make any motions because they refuse to lose face with the court but while I waited for a 5 minute hearing for 7 months I lost my son because this atty was too busy being lovey dovey with opposing counsel. I have yet to see any attorney that is not there to make friends. they are not looking out for our kids but this one is the worst because his commercial is all about fathers rights but he is not an activist in the slightest. five words and 10k later and I lost my son even more.
