Charged with DUI. James was absolutely not prepared. Did not know anything or have the knowledge to represent me in court. Always late and when I was represented in court, I could've done a better job by looking through my first year law books in undergrad than his arguements. Very very dissapointed. They rake your money and disappear. Run very far away from this lawyer at all cost.

Represented me on a refusal charge. I lost and the consequences were worse than if I would have pled guilty. Alot of money spent for nothing.

Lawyer is absolute trash, once they get their money it seems like there job is done, I would be talking to him and he will be ignoring me on his phone. Was not prepared in court. Lawyer is garbage do not recommend going to this firm!!!!

James got my son and two friends off on what could have been a serious theft charge after the three of them made of some electronics that had been left outside. We were fortunate to get mischief and community service. It WAS mischief— they were drunk and being stupid but not more than that. That can be hard to prove though and I’m really glad we had James on our team to help us do so.
